Learning skills to help with emotions, increase motivation, and stress management can make a world of difference in your life. I would be honored to take part in that journey with you! I approach counseling from a Cognitive Behavioral perspective in order to look at the impact of the client’s beliefs and thoughts on their emotions and behaviors. I specialize in Trauma Focused CBT for children/teens, parenting skills training, Prolonged Exposure Therapy, and CBT-Insomnia.
