Solution-Focused Brief Therapy
Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) is a short-term goal-focused evidence-based therapeutic approach that assists clients change by developing solutions rather than dwelling on problems. SFBT focuses on the future to create motivation, achieve goals, and sustain desired behavioral change.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is an evidenced based therapy that modifies negative core beliefs about self and others, unhelpful thoughts, unhelpful behaviors, and unhelpful emotions. CBT is helpful with clients suffering with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, marital issues, and more in 5-20 sessions.
Behavioral Activation
Behavioral Activation (BA) is an evidenced based therapy used to help adults that suffer with depressions. BA helps increase a client's contact with sources of reward by helping the client become more active to improve one's life. BA is 20-24 sessions.
