Therapist-Led Skills Groups for Adults & Children

Our Dungeons & Dragons Skills Groups use guided, therapist-led gameplay to help participants
build real-life skills in a supportive, engaging, and fun environment. Through group role play
and behavioral skills rehearsal, participants practice social, emotional, and executive
functioning skills in ways that feel natural—not clinical. The group fee will also include 1 hour a week  of individual therapy with a counseling intern to learn skills to use in group.
No prior D&D experience is required. Veteran players and beginners are both welcome
