I am a graduate intern from Liberty University who believes meaningful change grows out of a trusting therapeutic relationship and a focus on your strengths and what’s already working in your life. Therapy is a collaborative journey so I’ll walk beside you as you explore what matters most, notice your strengths, and take practical steps toward the future you want. I focus on creating a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported–especially if you’re carrying the weight of past hurts. I bring a compassionate presence and will prioritize emotional safety and pacing.
